So, as I see it with this new and good information, twin souls can be made between all the species?

This would explain a while lot. (When you answer I will explain myself a bit clearer.

As far as I know, twin souls are actually not made by all species right here on Earth. It all has to do with the separation at origin and the path they made during development ending up at the same distance from the origin, but then come in contact with eachiter.

So you are correct that it can happen, but it has to do with the location of the origin, and the location where they are now. If that somehow diverged, the twin soul connection is lost, or development is different, meaning that they are not twins anymore.
